I also believe that Neal is Bae and hoping that he is Peter Pan. While there are lots of clues supporting this theory, there are several things that are also countering the theory. His age as well as the fact that K&H have said we won’t see Peter Pan this season at all. Still, I’m hanging on to hope 🙂
As for Bae being a Lost Boy, I can’t see it. Either he’s Peter Pan or he has no relationship to Neverland. No way would they make him only a Lost Boy in Neverland. He would be the ultimate hero there and nothing less in my humble opinion.
