I think Regina is smart enough to play it down with her mom. Find out what she is after before trys to battle her. On other forums they think that Regina is manipulating Cora by falling in with her plans. .

I’ve read that, but I’m not so sure. She is pretty vulnerable right now, and she would do anything to get Henry back in her life. I knew the minute that Emma and Snow came back, and Rumple so easily played on her fears about Henry and being excluded from his life now that Emma was back that she was going to relapse.

Again, just because she relapses, if she does actually relapse, doesn’t mean that she won’t be redeemed, because I actually think that she has a better chance if she relapses and realizes that she shouldn’t try to redeem herself just because she’ll think she’ll win back Henry. She needs to hit rock bottom and realize that she needs to do it because it’s the right thing to do in life.

If you do not like the guest / bit players like the father, the brother… BLAME THE WRITERS…. they frequently write the ancillary characters as flat and uninteresting, barely giving them anything worth while to do or say…. they did that with GASTON, Daniel and several of the Princes and others. They also tend to kill them off quickly. I think they do this to use the actors and actresses as props to the main cast members. If the ancillary players are flat it makes the regular actors who we care about that much better and even if they are not.

Sometimes the writing can be uneven, but since other guest stars don’t seem as terrible as those two did, I don’t think it’s just the uneven writing because actors have risen above it.
