I think the person who gets royally screwed over is going to be Rumple. The “royal” thing does make me think it could be Regina BUT I think this episode it going to kill all the Dearies and Rumple getting screwed somehow, after he lost Belle and while NealFire is running away from him, is just going to kill us all.
