The reason Belle’s hair is different in the 2nd season as opposed to the 1st is because last season she was wearing a wig. Now she has extensions put in her real hair. That’s why her hair is significantly darker in Broken than in Land Without Magic. And all those examples are examples of differences between episodes, not within the same episode. Her hair in that picture looks different than how she wore her hair in “Skin Deep” when she was in the gold dress. That indicates to me that it is a flashback to the same period as “Skin Deep” but not a picture taken last year for the same reason she looks different in “Dreamy” than in “The Outsider.” I don’t think she is wearing a wig in the new pic. Plus- Robert Carlyle was totally being a tease with that tweet!
