Well we will find out when“Selfless brave and true” comes around. I don’t think Rumpel has him. A father son relationship still is sacred to him. I would not be surprised if the Blue fairy has him though. THose two are definately in cahoots, and I think this will also answer the question of how he knew about Bae. I think the Blue Faerie might have been without magic but not without knowledge
