What does that even mean?
I was hoping Tamara would be a normal real world person so we could get some comic reactions here and there in the show to the whole idea of fairytale characters. Kurt/Emma/Owen–it all changed too quickly and got too serious and scary by the time they knew there was magic and fairytale characters (if Kurt and Owen even knew that).
Anyway, I can’t tell much from those pictures. But I doubt all the writers have planned for Tamara is just a convenient reason for Neal to ride off into the sunset and out of the lives of Emma, Henry and Rumpel.
