This doesn’t mean Heidi is Wendy though, she could be the modern girl that the Pan visits.
How could we avoid seeing when Wendy met Peter? Perhaps Wendy and Tinker Bell had an ongoing friendship after her first trip to Neverland, and Wendy asked for Tinker Bell’s help to return in search of Peter, but Wendy couldn’t find him in NL. If Heidi isn’t Tamara or Wendy then I’m left uncertain as to who she is. I don’t know; it’s all too muddled just to guess at this stage.
