So, basically, what you’re all is saying that, Regina has no holds to Henry. Wrong, because even Gold had documents for Ashley’s baby, and therefore, I’m pretty sure he had Regina sign LEGAL forms to obtain Henry, and despite the circumstances, under law of their contract, Henry is Regina’s son!
FYI, the curse is broken, so Regina could very well call authorities to arrest Snow’s Family, because they are seemingly holding Henry hostage, I mean i feel bad for the kid living in a crammed up apartment, and please note people on moment Regina said directly Henry was crazy, she went about the situation, another parent would if their children had “imaginary friends.” Get them some therapy, it was Henry’s viewpoints that she was making him out to be crazy which she wasn’t, and despite she didn’t, she apologized nontheless, and as a matter of fact, yes Regina did agree to learn magic, and she did love it, who wouldn’t??? She sought magic to bring Daniel back, when that failed which Rumple did conspire to create in his words: “HIs Monster”, Regina didn’t have no where else to go, she was trapped in the castle because of Cora’s tree spell, and she couldn’t leave despite her banishing Cora because a curse only lifts once the witch is dead. So the only way to break that bond was to kill the king, she was left with no choice, stuck being married to someone you didn’t love, and who only showed you off as a trophy, and being a mother to a girl who you despise. This nearly drove her to kill herself, till the Genie stopped, who offered to kill the king, Regina just accepted, and Dearie Fans, she tried to let it go as seen in We Are Both, but once your heart is darkened as it was for Regina when Daniel died in The Stable Boy, it grew darker each year went by, which I think was about twelve years she was stuck with the King, and she ruled six years as Evil Queen, making Snow to be 28 at the time the curse was cast, and 22 when she fled. Regina helped Snow White really, to grow up fast, because in the Genie Episode, Snow White was an adult acting like a five year old smelling flowers, dancing, spoiled, and on the run, she learned self defense, hunting, how to survive. So Regina did help Snow White, and the only Charming I don’t have a problem with is David, because he fell in love with Snow, and got caught in this messy Cross Fire, and during her early redemption, Regina and David weren’t close, probably not even friends, but they managed to put aside their differences to help Henry, David was the first Charming to give Regina a real chance, and everything was fine right up until Snow and Emma returned, who brought back all that drama. I want to see my Queen be happy as much as you Dearies want Rumple to be happy, and maybe one day we can see that very akward Thanksgiving Dinner Episode.
