They don’t have to trust each other–they just need to pretend long enough while they have a common goal. That is one thing about villains when they work together. They expect the betrayal but just think they are smart enough to outmaneuver the other guy /girl first. Remember, Regina promised Hook he could kill Rumpel in the new land after the curse–but she was hiding the fact he wouldn’t remember to do it. He may have double-crossed her, but she was not on the up and up either.
Woah–the idea of Regina doing to Henry Jr what she did to Henry Sr…..diabolical! I don’t think they are going to go there just yet…..
