You can buy receipt paper at a store, and as far as typing goes, I wouldn’t put it beyond Tamara and Greg to make him type it up. Bit of cruel irony/humor to make the one handed pirate type. He may not know that the BF is the nun, but I bet he does know the BF. She’s a major part of FTL and they didn’t change appearance when they came to SB. AND, if Hook is making this list for Tamara and Greg, Tamara already knows who the BF is because of what happened in Selfless, Brave and True, so she could have easily filled in that blank if Hook didn’t know. And Regina is still a possibility, she typed it up and gave it to Hook to give to GOAT. The problem is that we know Tamara has this list, Emma finds it on her. But there is absolutely no logical reason for Rumple to give this list to Tamara or to give to Hook to give to Tamara. We know Regina and Hook strike an alliance.
