Yeah, I agree he hadn’t got so far as ‘now it’s done, I’m off to live happy ever after’, as I said I think he thought on it a little- hence ‘that particular’ conversation with Regina.
He doesn’t seem totally ‘into’ his revenge on Rumple at this time- I’m not saying he doesn’t want it still…because the fact he’s with GOAT atm, means he does still want that revenge enough to not have walked away from their offer. I’m just saying, I think we are meant to be reading it as ‘he actually has other desires & considerations, aside from revenge, that he is now starting to consider’, rather than JUST his single minded, one track revenge path…& I think that is were Emma will come into play- he’ll start to have a reason to do the right thing, of his own free will 😉
