She wanted to die as Regina, but it is much harder to live without tapping into the Evil Queen’s bag of tricks. I am waiting for her to basically try to escape NL with Henry, while leaving the others behind. I’m not sure she’ll actively set that up–but I could see her taking advantage of the situation to do just that.
