I think the scenario can go multiple ways. Either Neal communicates with Henry, or he communicates with Snow or Charming all through Aurora who can visit the red room still. I think it depends on where A and E want our cast to be by the end of the first half of the season: NL or SB? If the goal is to get everyone to NL then they can’t rescue Henry right away, meaning they need to delay his whereabouts for awhile.
