But what I don’t understand, if PP wanted Henry to be born, by letting Neal go, why PP wants to kill Henry? As what Felix said in 2×22, that Bea was lucky to stay alive. I assume they want kill Henry.

As the title for 3×1 implies, PP could want the heart of the truest believer, who in this case could be Henry, since he believed the curse was real and that Emma was the savior, even when Regina told him he was crazy. For whatever reason, PP is after Henry’s heart, which would seem to suggest that Henry would need to die, unless PP takes the heart without crushing it to bits. That would make Henry the captive of PP, mirroring when Regina took the Huntsman’s heart and made him her slave.

I think fairies can change their size. Cinderella’s fairy godmother did, right before Rumple exploded her. Perhaps fairies are only able to fly in their small forms so there’s a trade off. If they want to be big, they have to walk. If they want to fly, they have to be small. So far, we’ve only seen BF flying. It would also explain why Nova couldn’t just fly up and grab the bag of fairy dust that got caught on the mining machine.

That sounds about right to me and makes the most sense of anything I’ve read so far. Both Nova and Cinderella’s fairygodmother were able to change between sizes, so I’m guessing BF can too.
