Hope this helps you!!!!

Shift lock is enabled on your computer. This is because:
– Your keyboard’s shift keys maybe stuck
– You may have activated ‘Sticky Keys’ by mistake. Sticky keys is an accessibility feature of Windows that allows physically challenged users to use computers comfortably. Sticky keys are activated if you keep the Shift key pressed for 5 second. You can change the Accessibility options in Start ->Programs ->Accessories ->Accessibility

PROBLEM IS …. I can not find START PROGRAMS ACCESSORIES OR ACCESSIBILITY on the computer either… every thing is moved and there does not seem to be a start area…

I have been using help but so far went through 3 searches as nothing came up.
