If Tink’s wand looks the same, then yeah, I’d guess that Ella’s FGM got it from Tink somehow, as opposed to there being two different wands that look the same. I imagine Tink’s wand as being green, with leaves etched up the handle.

It’s all part of PP’s grand plan, if this is the case. Rumple needed the wand and needed to be locked into jail and ths way how he went about it. I wonder if that means Blue didn’t elevate Ella’s FGM but the FGM became what she was through Tink’s gifting of the wand.
