I think the price that both Regina and Emma payed was Henry being kidnapped. I’m really looking forward to Regina trying to teach Emma how to do magic.

I tend to disagree with a price for every type of magic. There is always a price when used for selfish reasons, but not necessarily  for example, saving an entire town from complete destruction or magically whisking an object out of thin air. I think the failsafe diamond was a diversion used to distract everyone from GOAT’s main objective: kidnapping Henry, and would have happened whether or not magic was used to save Storybrooke. I suppose you could argue a price for all the types of magic we’ve seen, I just think it’s more important to find the price vs. the intent of the magic used.
