Reply To: Emma + Baelfire = Swanfire

My big problem with the idea of Hook stepping aside is that it makes it seem like Swanfire can only happen if he gives them permission. I almost want Hook to refuse to give up Emma so that when Emma makes the decision to be with Neal it won’t be because Hook made some sort of white heart move and “let” them be together. That will only add fuel to the CS fire and say “see he really loves her, they’ll be back together eventually.” I would prefer if Emma shuts down Hook entirely while he’s fighting for her so to say, “I’ve made my choice. It’s always going to be Neal.”
