Why assume that Tinkerbell and Belle are the same age? Yes, the look the same age, but fairies seem to be forever young. The BF is at least as old as Rumple, who is over 300-years-old, and yet the BF doesn’t appear to have aged at all. In terms of age, Tink could be twice Belle’s age. We just don’t know.
