Surely it was meant to say FTL instead of NL, because Snow’s in FTL, and safe to say Eric is as well. But we’ve seen mermaids in NL, so the question still remains of if Ariel’s one of them, and if merfolk have portal access.
I feel like it has to be FTL. How does Eric have a castle and a happy ball in NL when it’s a dark island with a psycho 17 yr old boy?
It’s curious that they’re gonna have her saving Snow instead of Eric, because for all the differences in the love story in the Disney and Anderson versions, one thing that’s the same in both is that the love story begins with her saving the Prince from drowning. Suppose it’s still possible that we’ll also see her saving Eric at some point, but I don’t think they’ve shot that yet because they’d likely have shot it the same day they shot Snow’s drowning scene, and Gil wasn’t on set yet
How did Eric and Ariel even meet if she didn’t save him?
