Honestly, and I posted this very thing in the SF thread not long before this pic went public, I think it’d be out of character for Emma to get romantically involved with Hook in their current situation. But then this blurb says that Emma’s the one who initiates it. But it also says it’s a heat of the moment thing when they have a breakthrough about finding Henry. I could see her having an emo outburst when that breakthrough happens, where she maybe even hugs her parents first, and then plants the kiss on Hook. That to me would be a believable way for it to happen, as opposed to a pre-meditated kiss. The full context, and how they react afterwards will be just as important if not moreso than the actual kiss itself, so I’m just gonna sit back and wait to see how it all plays out.
And if she does grab him by his collar to pull him in fast for that kiss like the pic implies, even as a SF shipper, I’m gonna swoon and just imagine myself in Emma’s position. 😉
