Amara and Jafar’s plan, before he turned her into the snake staff (twisted!) is to find the three vessels that house the genies. Cyrus is the final bottle. And then they can break the laws of magic. Is there more to Jafar’s own plan than he told Amara? Does it have to do with the Sultan, his father?
It’s times like these I wish I read Arabic, which is what I believe Amara’s book of spells was written in. I’m not sure what Amara’s aim was other than to be powerful, but I think Jafar’s plans have more to do with his mother than his father. I think he wants to bring his mother back to life have he lost her tragically at a young age.
I’m curious. Because I had lost my phone and stepped out of the room to search for I missed a few minutes of a Jafar/Amara scene. I wanted to know If it was specific genies they were after? Or the bottles/ lamps? Because if J-Dog just needs three genies, why go through all the trouble for Cyrus? He could just find another genie.
I think it’s three specific genies, but I’m not sure why. One of the lamps looked like the lamp in Rumple’s shop, the one belonging to the Sydney Glass. Hmmmmm…. But I’m pretty sure Sydney is still in SB.
