I think the happiest ending for Emma is finding someone who makes her happy and makes her feel loved and, like she told Snow when they were in her nursery in the EF – someone who puts her first.
Yes. This is what Emma Swan needs. And while Neal has the best intentions in wanting to get their son back, he will always put Henry before Emma. He did it when he stuck around in SB for Henry. He did it when he let go of Emma’s hand at the portal. He did it when he went after Henry in 3×04 before letting Emma know that he was alive. It’s not a bad thing that he puts Henry first. But he doesn’t put Emma’s happiness first and foremost, and this is one of the principle reasons why SF won’t work, because Emma herself has basically said that’s what she needs.
Even if Killian weren’t in the picture, i would NEVER ship Swanfire.
I think Emma is perfect for Killian because he also needs someone who understands the amount of loss he has had in his life and just like with Rumple – he needs someone who makes him realize that he wants to go back to being a better man.
Agreed. Both Emma and Killian have suffered a lot of pain over their first loves. And yes – agreed with your point on redemption. Because TL brings out the best in people. No-one exemplifies that more than Belle/Rumple and Emma/Killian.
