Well here is what we know about Felix: He knows that Rumple is Pan’s son. Inferencing from pervious episodes says just as much. He doesn’t dance or act like the other lost boys and is Pan’s right hand guy. The actor has said we will find out more about Felix’s past. What if Felix has the gift of sight? Or if his sister is the seer that spoke to Rumple? He knows who the heart belongs to and draws the picture. Just in case Felix sees anything else, PP keeps him in NL. Felix might have the same thirst for youth that PP has and it doesn’t both him.

That is really interesting. I like the idea of his sister being the Seer from S2.
