1×2 – Why was Henry going to Dr hopper long before he found the book? When did he figure out he was adopted?
From what we can gather, Henry was a very lonely little boy who had no friends. My own theory is that he started acting out before he got the book, a part of him trying to awaken but struggling.
1×2 – Is the blind witch shown in Regina’s circle of baddies related to the Seer from 2×14 because they seem to have the same sewn shut eyes?
Unless the Seer survived her second encounter with Rumple and only “faked” her death then most likely no. They do have similar sewn shut eyes, but I believe they are different.
1×3 – Where did Snow get the bad fairy dust? Did she get it from Malificent?
Not a clue and I want this answer very badly
1×4 – Why would a fairy wand be pure evil?
I’m not sure if it is or that is just Rumple’s own personal bias coming into play as he really hates fairies

He didn’t. It was a ploy to get them to double cross him in order to be put into jail. He was right where he wanted to be.
1×4 – Where did Thomas go after possibly falling in the well?

1×4 – How did Cinderella & Snow meet and become good friends?
Again, no idea
1×4 – What is Prince Thomas’s back story?
Not sure if he really has one outside of being a Prince.
