I didn’t even notice it until the set pics from 312 came out the other day I couldn’t stop thinking that I had seen Charming in that same outfit before & Hook in the red vest then it dawned on me where I had seen them so I went back to look and sure enough they where the same If you check the set photos from 312 and this pic of all the cast at the beginning of the season http://seriable.com/upon-time-season-3-cast-photos-unveiled/?pid=14176 you will notice that Charming has the red outfit that he is wearing in 312 & Hook is wearing the red vest that he has on in 312 and Snow is wearing the same outfit that she is wearing in 312
