Snow’s not wearing the same outfit, though. In the group photo, Snow is wearing pants. In the 312 shots, she is wearing a dress. The colors are similar.
The red vest of Hook’s has made a few appearances before the 312 shoot–such as 204 and 222.
The red outfit of Charming’s isn’t the exact same but they are both red tunics.
I don’t know if the group shot has anything to do with 3.2 of the season because it was intended as the Neverland Arc photo shoot, which is 301-311.
