From Adam. They’ve said that Snow was pregnant at the wedding of Ella and Thomas. (Maybe it was 2 weeks instead of 2 months)
As for not being far apart. That’s true. Emma was born in October and then once time started moving again, Alexandra was born about a week or so after Emma came to town. But at any rate, we do know that Ella’s wedding and her whole story from 104, Price of Gold, are some of the last events to happen in FTL before the Curse. Ella hadn’t progressed much further in her pregnancy from FTL of the past to when she gave birth in 104.
