I must admit I didn’t see the most recent Oz movie (but have seen Wicked about a gazillion times!!), so the only thing I can base my theories off of is the Wizard of Oz 1939 movie. But did I read on the boards somewhere that they can’t get the rights to anything from the Wizard of Oz 1939 movie?
