After everything that she has seen I doubt she hasn’t realized by now that Graham was killed by Regina, it’s just not acknowledged that she knows because Graham is a character that’s no longer relevant to the story.
There are so many possibilities like others have said wouldn’t mind her admitting to killing graham… or some other wild suggestions

I’m really annoyed that a lot of things are being glossed over because everything’s fine “now” – certain things should be acknowledged even if they have been put in the past! The Graham thing in particular is infuriating because it was supposedly cut from something a long time ago. It’s been TWO YEARS and we still don’t have her saying it. *sniff* (There are lots of other things too but it annoys me with all of them)
I do think it’ll be something about the curse though, more than likely.
