Knowing these writers it will be both if only to mess with the fandom. I will say though that non Cursed Emma has NO reason to go to Neal’s apartment and get the dreamcatcher. Especially with that look on her face. That is clearly Cursed!Emma. Which means that somehow someone (Hook) told her to go to Neal’s? Hook would know where the apartment is, though he might not know what is there to help trigger Emma. And that means Neal told Hook how to get Emma back. This is my current working theory.
