I can’t stand that tumblr, they always instigate trouble with CS and shippers of any other ship but ST. I read their spec, sounds like desperation on the part of fan whom wants to know where Neal is. Charming does not have a focus reaction even in the wide shot, it’s all on Robin.
This is the gif set I myself have made of the clear promo.
Clearly the person on the gurney is very close to Robin, he can’t take his eyes off the gurney. It’s either Roland or one of his Merry men, perhaps John.
It’s not Neal nor Rumple. The focus of the shot is Robin and even in the wide shot of this scene the focus is again on Robin.
