If anyone was switched at birth, I’d say it was Regina and WW who were swapped. Baby “Regina” has blue eyes and red hair which matches Rebecca Mader’s appearance to a tee! By contrast, Lana Parrilla’s appearance is very Latino with dark hair and brown eyes.
Well, all babies are born with blue eyes.
Also, Cora had red hair that got darker as she got older. The same could be said for Regina. She started off with Cora’s red and it just changed to black over time as she aged.
