I don’t think Belle or Neal will die at all. What would be quite an epic moment though is if the WW, whilst controlling Rumple, does try to make him kill either Belle or Bae but the strength of his love for them is enough to overcome the WW’s control and frees him. Afterall the Disney’s Beast curse was to teach him how to love and Rumple is “full of love”.
