We know Pan didn’t get his first Lost Boys until the episode Nasty Habits which was set after Rumple had become the dark one and had stopped Bae from being enlisted in the Ogre wars by stopping the ogre wars.

We know in Desperate Souls that the age of enlistment for the ogre wars had been lowered to 14. Considering some of the Lost Boys such as Felix were well over the age of 14, is it possible some of them may have had to fight in the Ogre wars before Rumple stopped it?

I think that is a very good possibility, yes.

These boys also felt unloved and unwanted, as if they were haunted by something. Maybe they lost the idea that their families loved them because they didn’t try to stop them from being taken into war.

I wouldn’t be surprised if that is part of Felix’s backstory.

I think the possibility is yes too. When the boys started to leave their homes, it was hard to believe that that many young boys in the same town felt unloved and unwanted unless they were coming from orphanages. If they were fighting in the ogre wars and felt that their parents could have stopped them from being enlisted that would make sense then. I wonder how many towns Pan visited before he felt he had enough lost boys to take back to NL.

We also know the ogre wars were something that kept on happening.

I will be surprised fi we see lost boys again. i think they will fall down the same plot hole as Catherine and Federick.

The only time we’d hear about the Lost Boys again, would be if it’s relevant to the plot.

I was going to ask where we think the lost boys went in 3×11 but you’re right. They’ve fallen down the plot hole chasm. It’s quite crowded in there.

The Lost Boys would’ve been better off staying in Neverland, at least they know how to survive there. First they’re taken back to Storybrooke with the promise of family (Which wouldn’t happen unless Emma and Snowing do an Oprah and go “You get a lost boy! And you get a lost boy! And you get a lost boy!” to all the people of Storybrooke. Then when Regina destroys the curse they’re transported back to the EF where they are all alone with no family.
