So this episode verified WickedSisters (yayyyyyy!), but raised so many questions about zelena.
1. When exactly did she come to the EF?
2. Did she have to wait until Regina cast the first curse to come?
3. If so, how did she know the first curse had been cast? Maybe some involvement with august?
4. Did she maybe have to wait until the curse was broken??? And why?
5. If Cora abandoned her, how does she know she is her mother?
6. Does rumple’s sacrifice have anything to do with the initiation of her plans? Cuz if he got sent to OZ with his dagger, then perhaps she needed that to get the ball rolling? Possible connection to peter pan? (He’s green lol)

8. Why isn’t she dead? Shouldn’t Dorothy have killed her? I mean, okay, technically Regina and Maleficent and possibly Hook should all be dead because they died in the fairytales and stories, but still.

I wonder if after finding out Rumple was “dead,” she sets out to find the dagger and “revives” him…??
Did Zelena really cast the curse? After all, everybody lost a year of their lives, so nobody knows what happened. Yes, both Regina and Emma figured out that it was the Wicked Witch who cast the curse, due to the green smoke and flying monkeys. In fact, it almost seems like the clues were *too* obvious, like she wanted people to think that the curse was cast by the Wicked Witch? If so, then who actually cast the curse, and why is Zelena “taking the blame”? And, if she didn’t actually do the casting, then why does she apparently remember who she is?
