Charming already doesn’t trust her so he would be crazy to drink anything of hers. Maybe instead of apples she uses herbal tea to poison her victims.
I don’t think that it’s poison, but rather something that make him hallucinate/fear like having nightmare… so that Snow or Emma would think that he is just overreacting about everything also regarding Zelena.
If you watch the sneak peak again, after Charming showed some kind of worry regarding Zelena, she took that “powder” and put on Charming cup… She is not doing the same to Snow.. so I guess that’s because Zelena knows that Snow trusts her so it wasn’t necessary.
