It does leave Belle out, but the Lion, Scarecrow and Tin Man were all male character closely tied to Dorothy, and Charming, Rumple and Neal are all male members of Emma’s family, so it’d tie everything to together nicely if they’re trying to sort of parallel the original story with present day.
