Nothing in Adam’s comment suggests to me that he’s trying to take back the fact that it was TL.
For me, it’s not even that Belle says it: it’s the fact that this little 2.00 convenience store key chain survived: Cora, Neal falling through a portal, a trek to the DC, Flying to NL, Pan/NL itself, Curse #1, The stupidity at the vault of eternal goo, Curse #2, Zelena.
Look at what it survived. A silly little stolen convenience story key chain. It survived all that.
