I don’t know if anyone has posted this idea before, but this morning, I realized why Hook wants Emma to tell Henry the truth. I think it’s because he lost Bae by not being truthful. bae felt betrayed and used.
Also, the truth will always come out eventually, it’s better for Emma to tell Henry the truth rather than Henry finding out on his own.
