100% agree. Nobody is being allowed time to grieve. It’s: get on with the show.
That’s pretty much Once’s theme song. They never have time to stand still for a sec. They never have time for anything, cause the big bad is wreaking havoc. If they didn’t try to squish one big story into only half a season then maybe they would have the time.
It is horrifically sad to me that they aren’t giving the characters (specifically Emma and Rumple) any real time to grieve for their lost love/son. I’m still bitter that Henry doesn’t remember his father and that Neal died without ever seeing his son again. Screw shipping….that was wrong on EVERY SINGLE LEVEL. 😥
We are never going to get our Kitchen Table episode (or the Kitchen Table half of S4 like we’ve all talked about a million times) and that makes me really sad. They went from one extreme to the other by sacrificing great character development for over plotting and too much action in every single episode and I was having that problem with this show before Neal died two eps ago. This plan might be gaining some of the younger viewers who have the attention spans of doorknobs but they’re hemorrhaging viewers like me who’ve been watching the show for the characters and wanting to see them grow and change over time. I honestly don’t think they can ever go back to that now either. 🙁
No cousin news today but again, no news is good news right now. I’ve been busy the last two nights so I haven’t gotten to really check in on how he’s doing but my aunt would call if there’s anything big going on with him.
