    So a lot of people a long way back wanted to know where the Twister came from and I think this episode gave us the answer. Baby Zelena summoned it. Unintentionally mind you but still she did it. As we know magic is fueled by emotion, babies as we know are nothing but emotion since their minds are not fully developed. Zelena has the gift of magic. When Cora abounded her Zelena started crying because she was probably scared and didn’t know what was going on. (Babies are smarter then we think) so the magic inside her bubbled and through some reason summoned a twister that led  her to Oz. So how did Zelena get to OZ….Zelena did it herself. That’s the theory/some-what observation I took through watching the episode.

    I read it the same way. Zelena’s magical ability was triggered by the emotional trauma of watching her mother abandon her.

    No matter how gifted Zelena is with magic, I don’t think she’d be able to cross realms just like that. Even the Dark One can’t do that.

    It did seem that her crying was summoning that Twister, yes. Magic baby is uber magical.

    Well I think that the twister was summoned by present Zelena while trying to change the past and prevent Cora from abandoning her baby self. The past was already changed.

    You know what I can't continue with the dead people brought back to life list I'm out of space in the signature and now we have an underworld arc this is to much I quit why do you bring so many people back to life OUAT WHHHYYYY

    BUT if Zelena summoned the tornados to bring her to Oz…. What about the Wizard? He came to Oz the exact same way…. I still think a certain “Good” witch is behind this…

    the twister still confuses me. i will still remain under the impression that it was caused by tiem travel.

    also: I liked the parallel lines not sure if anyone caught it “I’m doing this for my best chance.” rahter than then Snow and Emma fighting for their kids best chance.

    Magic always comes with a price, so I pay with visa.

    I guess that kind of makes sense that Zelena called the twister.
