So, I noticed a quoted line in that article. “It becomes more than appeared at first blush.” That sentence is past tense.
A variation of that quote appeared in an article over a week ago, along with a spoiler pic of Rumple and Zelenas intimate dinner “it is more than it appears at first blush”. Present tense.
At first, I thought “at first blush” was a play on words, regarding the wine.
But then comes Roberts tweet “look closely. Things may not be as they appear”.
Am I wrong to put these three thing together and wonder, did I miss something? Spiked wine? Did Rumple ever touch the dagger when he attempted to get it? Rumple does have magic still. Did he give her a new and improved version of the cursed kiss?
He’s my favorite character, and I really want to believe that he’s slowly but surely getting the upper hand, somehow, some way.
