She just couldn’t use it because she grew up in a land without magic… the second snowing baby will probably be magical too. Is it the same magic Emma has?
Good question. We saw in 301 the light flicker when Emma was giving birth to Henry because the emotions took over. So I’d say that Emma has always had some sort of ability but unlike Zelena she’s hid it behind her walls.
I’d be curious to see Emma as a little foster girl, to see if she ever did some magic unknowingly and maybe that’s one of the reasons she was moved around so much–she freaked out the parents.
