Clip one: Why didn’t Snow White deliver her baby at home? Regina went through all that trouble to protect Snow’s apartment from Zelena being able to enter. Yet, Snow and Charming opt to have their baby in the hospital where Zelena can just waltz in and take the baby. That was a bad decision.
Clip two: Zelena had a flash of recognition on her face when she heard Dorothy Gale’s name. My guess is that it was prophesied that someone named Gale would be Zelena’s undoing.
