    Something i brought up in chat:

    What if Zelena isn’t dead at all… Ya know… No body, no death… What if her life essence is held in the pendant. Remember what Glinda said? “In some ways, the necklace is your life now”. What if the only way to killl Zelena is to destroy the necklace…

    We saw Rump stab her, then her body turned to glass and shattered… Then once Rump dissappeared, the shards turned to greed dust and flew off to activate the portal. Why? Zelena may live on yet dearies. Any theories?

    Zelena has to be back, and for real, not just in flashbacks. Narrativium(*), not laws of magic, governs how the OUAT universe works.

    Yes, Narrativium. (Totally. See the Discworld MUD for how obsessed I’ve been over the last decade.)

    I think that the pendant has to be destroyed to really kill her. Now, what form she’s actually IN at the moment, I’m not so sure about.

    narrativium? apparently i should check out discworld. that seems like an awesome thing for people like me who are totally meta.

    also, i think that not only is zeleena alive but she is standing right behind you. i dont know, zeleena is certainly not the best villain, but certainly not the worst. so i would certainly not mind seeing zeleena again.

    Magic always comes with a price, so I pay with visa.

    I like Zelena but I think she is dead. I don’t understand how her dying made the portal open or why she turned to dust but I think that was the creators way of saying she is completely dead, obliterated.
