Not sure how they will, or if they will, tie this into Season 4 of OUAT, but I found this on the Wikipedia page:

The captive reindeer Bae tells her that he knows how to get to Lapland since it is his home.

Apparently in the story, Bae is a reindeer who carries Gerda (The heroine) to the Snow Queen’s castle.

In OUAT, we already have a character named Bae, or at least nicknamed as such. Thoughts on if they could tie the two together?

Maybe they met as children. We still don’t know how Baelfire spent the years between Neverland and growing up. He might have helped Gerda to get to Kai and save him, because he did know a lot about magic, travelling through worlds and all that stuff. The reindeer says it knows the way to his home. I guess the Snowqueen is from the EF. This would actually really work with showing flashbacks!

My guess? Bae could have spent time in Arendelle after Neverland, and somehow (The Black Fairy?) ended up being sent to our world. Rumple, hearing that his son is there, goes to the kingdom and demands Elsa to return him. Because he is not there anymore, Elsa cannot, enraging Rumple who banishes her to the vault, events happen with Anna and the kingdom, and now it is destroyed and Anna gone.

Hence Elsa being more than pissed.
