This is how I see it playing out.
–Frozen has already happened. Anna and Kristoph get married and want to start a family
–Anna dies giving birth. Kristoph, heart broken, goes to live on his own. Elsa realizes she has lost her famly
–Her powers become uncontrollable again and she begins turning the EF (where Arendelle is) into winter. Rumple, worried that this will upset his plans with the curse, traps her in the urn
–She is released into SB
–She and Regina bond over loosing sisters and their family
