Master storytellers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz (“Lost,” “Tron: Legacy”) invite everyone to join Emma Swan, Snow White, Prince Charming, The Evil Queen, Hook and all the other resident fairy tale characters as they prepare to defend themselves against a magical force from the past that’s too dark and unpredictable even for Rumplestiltskin – The Ice Queen.

i think it’s Mitchell’s character. The fact that they didn’t flat out say “Elsa” (to hype up Frozen) is a little suspicious.

I agree. I’m really leaning towards Mitchell being the original Ice Queen and possibly playing a part in giving Elsa her powers. So that makes two sleeping beauties and possibly two Ice Queens.

Mitchell landed the role, but the Ice Queen was already in their minds. Whether it means Elsa or not is yet to be determined.
