I disagree with the part where it says there are no more living witnesses to Hook’s “heinous deeds”, I can think of 5: Rumple, Belle, Mulan, Aurora and Archie. Also I disagree with the “lousy ship” notion. The JR isn’t just an object. To other people it may be meaningless but to Hook it means so much more. The JR to Hook is the chipped cup to RumBelle, the yellow bug to Emma, the book to Henry. the swan keychain to SwanFire. The JR holds great sentimental value for Hook.
Yes it does have sentimental value to Hook. AND TO HOOK ONLY. Every single object you just posted has value to more than one person.
1) Chipped cup = Rumbelle (2 people)
2) Yellow Bug = Emma, Neal, Henry
3) Book = The entire blessed town of SB including Emma.
4) Keychain = Swanfire and Henry as per the deleted scene from 316
